absolutely incredible location, spotlessly clean and well-equipped apartment in a charming historic building. loved the convenience of having a bakery and supermarket just across the road. the host went above and beyond with their helpfulness and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat. felt so lucky to have found this gem during our time in Split.
Stairs were a challenge during the hot weather.

Finally found an apartment with working WiFi! And it even had a floor made of tiles or marble, can't really tell. The kitchenware was top-notch, I mean, who wouldn't want to cook in style?
Oh, and just a fun little obstacle course of stairs to get to the apartment. Because, you know, everyone loves hauling luggage up multiple flights.

Air Conditioning in the Bedrooms: The cool breeze that greeted me in the bedrooms was a welcome respite from the scorching Split heat. It was like stepping into an oasis of coolness, where I could recharge my energy and escape the summer heat.
4Th Floor Climb: Climbing up to the 4th floor was a bit of a workout, but I guess it's a small price to pay for the stunning views and the sense of accomplishment when reaching the top.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment in Old Town. the location was perfect, just steps away from all the attractions. the host was incredibly helpful, even assisting us with our heavy luggage. They provided us with plenty of information about what to do and where to eat, and even helped us navigate the ferries. We took their recommendation to dine at FIFE restaurant, which was delicious. the apartment itself was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. it was a great value for our money. Cons: For us, the stay at City Apartment Bene 21 was ideal. 💯.

The kids absolutely loved the nearby playground and ice cream shop - perfect for our little adventurers!
My wife says that a baby gate on the top floor would have been helpful.

The apartment is well equipped and spotlessly clean. It is located in a historic building in an incredible location. There is a fabulous bakery and a supermarket just across the road. It is less than five minutes walk to the riva and the heart of the old town. This is perfect for us as we love karaoke and casinos.
Felt like at home, nothing to complain about.
